Founder’s Story
Phil is a third generation builder and has 15+ years’ experience as a principle contractor, delivering complex projects across London and beyond. Having seen how “business as usual” in construction creates waste, disputes, and stress, he co-founded CoLab to change the way projects are delivered – through constructive collaboration.
