Our Role
We provided strategic advisory to develop a Construction Management Plan acceptable to both the Local Authority and 16 separate Party Wall owners. By coordinating key professionals and resolving early-stage disputes, we kept the project moving despite its logistical and political challenges.

The Outcome
The result was a landmark building, recognised for its innovative design and delivered through a smooth, collaborative process — even in one of London’s most demanding environments.
